Get help with installing, logging games, finding players, permissions, and more.
Check spelling and capitalization. If still missing, ask them to tap Profile → QR so you can scan and add them quickly.
We use an ELO-style system. Beating similar or higher-rated players moves you up faster. Confirmed, dispute-free games increase your credibility so your results carry full weight.
Go to Settings → Privacy on iOS and ensure Buckit has permission for Location (for Nearby) and Camera (for QR). You can use Buckit without these, but discovery and QR may be limited.
Open the logged game in your history and tap Report. We’ll temporarily remove rating impact until both players confirm the corrected result.
Go to Settings → Privacy to request export or deletion. We’ll email confirmation to your account address.
iPhone on iOS 15+. iPad support is functional but optimized for iPhone.
